I'm currently paying monthly, can I switch to the annual plan?

Of course! For this decision, we maintain the offer of 2 additional months free for annual plans. To do this, open a ticket in the RoLeaf client panel asking us for the change. The transition will be done manually, and the next invoice in the billing cycle will be generated with the annual amount, adjusted pro-rata based on the remaining period of the current monthly subscription.

Can I upgrade my plan if I need more resources?

Absolutely! You can upgrade anytime directly from your client panel. The process is automated and applies instantly, without downtime for your site. You will only pay the pro-rata price difference for the remaining period of your current subscription. Also, if you need assistance in choosing the right plan, our support team is available for personalized recommendations.

Do you accept adult content?

Unfortunately, we do not accept websites with adult content. To maintain the reputation of the IPs we own and to protect the reputation of all websites currently hosted with us, we do not allow hosting of such content. This policy helps us maintain a safe and trustworthy ecosystem for all our customers.

Do you offer free SSL certificates?

Yes! All our plans include free SSL certificates through Let's Encrypt, which install and renew automatically. These certificates provide HTTPS encryption for your site, protecting visitor data and improving your position in Google search results. If for any reason the SSL certificate was not installed automatically, you can follow the steps in our manual installation guide or contact our support team for assistance.

Why should I register a domain with you? Is it possible to lose it?

Absolutely not. Both us and RoTLD and the rest of the accredited registrars are only intermediaries in registering domains in the unique registry of .ro domains administered by RoTLD. All domains registered through us are registered with your complete and legal data. It is your full right to choose the registrar through which to renew your domain. We offer competitive prices for .ro domains (only 40 Lei/year ~ 8 EUR) and a dedicated control panel for simple domain management.

What happens if I exceed the resources allocated to the plan?

We constantly monitor resource usage and proactively alert you if your site approaches the allocated limits. Unlike other providers, we do not suspend the account or apply automatic additional charges. Instead, we contact you to discuss available options, which may include site optimization or upgrading to a higher plan. Our approach is always solution-oriented and transparent communication.

How long does account activation take after ordering?

Most hosting accounts are activated automatically and immediately after payment confirmation. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 1 hour. You will receive by email all the necessary information to access the account, including cPanel login credentials and setup instructions. If you have an existing site with another provider, we offer free migration performed by our technical team.
