Can I change the billing period after ordering?

Yes, you can change the billing period at any time (monthly, semi-annual or annual). Simply open a support ticket with your request, and our team will handle the change. The price difference is calculated pro-rata, and the new period applies from the next billing cycle.

How long does it take to activate a VPS server?

The server is configured and ready to use within seconds of payment confirmation. The process is fully automated — select your plan, choose the operating system, and you'll almost instantly receive your SSH connection details.

Can I install any software on my server?

Yes, you have full root access. You can install any software compatible with your chosen distribution: Nginx, Apache, Docker, Node.js, Python, PHP, databases, custom applications — with no restrictions. You can reinstall the operating system at any time from the control panel, choosing from 17 available distributions.

How do semi-annual and annual pricing work?

With the semi-annual subscription (6 months), you pay the equivalent of 5 months and get 6 — that's one month free. With the annual subscription (12 months), you pay the equivalent of 9 months and get 12 — that's 3 months free. The full amount is paid at the start of the period.

What if I need more resources?

You can upgrade to any higher plan directly from the control panel in a few clicks. The process is fast, with no manual migration and minimal downtime. Your server scales with your project.

How does the 99.9% uptime SLA guarantee work?

We guarantee 99.9% monthly availability for VPS infrastructure (hardware, network, hypervisor). If uptime falls below this threshold, you receive account credits: 10% of your invoice for 99.0%–99.9%, 25% for 95%–99%, 50% for 90%–95%, and 100% for below 90%.
