We don't limit slots: only RAM and CPU matter. As a rough guide, Wood fits a few friends on Vanilla or Paper, Stone a survival server with plugins, Iron and Gold modpacks, and Diamond networks or large modpacks.
Yes. In the panel you pick the type (Paper, Purpur, Vanilla, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and more) and the Minecraft version, and the server reinstalls with them. Take a backup first, especially when going to an older version.
Yes, from the modpacks section of the panel, in one click. Large modpacks usually need 8–12 GB of RAM, so pick Stone or above.
The server is Java Edition. If you install the Geyser and Floodgate plugins from the panel, Bedrock players can join too, on the same IP.
In the client area, open the service and choose "Upgrade". Resources increase right away and your world, plugins and files stay as they are. You only pay the difference for the remaining days.
By card, monthly or yearly (yearly gives you 2 months free). The invoice is issued 14 days before the due date. Five days after the due date the server is suspended; files are kept and it comes back automatically once paid. After 60 days unpaid the server is deleted for good.
Yes, through the in-browser file manager or over SFTP with any client (FileZilla, WinSCP).
