Resources are totals for all your accounts; you split them across your packages. Every plan includes: a dedicated IPv4, WHM with overselling allowed, your own nameservers, a cPanel account for your own site, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Imunify and CPGuard, Softaculous, WP Toolkit, free SSL, daily backups and unlimited traffic.

You decide what each client gets

You build your packages in WHM and give them CPU, RAM and I/O limits in CloudLinux Manager. A client can get anything up to your plan total, and one busy site never slows down the others.

Limits per package
In CloudLinux Manager you set vCPU, RAM, processes and I/O for each package. Every account you create gets those limits automatically, just like ours.
One total, split by you
Your plan has a CPU and RAM total for all accounts. You can give ten clients 4 vCPU each: CloudLinux won't let them go over your total together.
Overselling allowed
Allocate disk space to your accounts freely. Only actual usage counts, and that has to stay within your plan.
Every client isolated
CageFS and one user per account: a compromised site can't reach your other clients or read their files.

Yes. Create the package in WHM, then set its vCPU, RAM, processes and I/O in CloudLinux Manager → Packages, for example 1 vCPU / 2 GB, 2 vCPU / 4 GB or 6 vCPU / 8 GB. Every account created on that package gets the limits automatically.
Yes, the total in the plan table, for example 8 vCPU and 16 GB on Reseller 10. A single package can get at most the total. Package limits may add up to more than the total, since they are rarely all used at once, but together your accounts never go over the plan total.
You can allocate more disk space to your accounts than the plan has, for example 20 GB each to ten clients on a 100 GB plan. What counts is the space actually used by all accounts, which has to stay within the plan. If you get close, we let you know and talk about an upgrade.
No. Daily, weekly and monthly backups live on storage separate from the server and don't count toward your plan. They are included in the price for all your accounts.
You do. Your clients talk to you, and you talk to us. We take care of everything related to the server, network, licences and security; for any issue, open a ticket from your account.
Yes, any time, from your client area. You pay the difference for the remaining period, and accounts, space and limits increase right away, with no downtime.
Yes. Under Romanian law (OUG 34/2014) you can get a refund within the first 14 days, no reason needed. Send a request by email or ticket.
