Only the resources differ: storage, cores, RAM, I/O and number of domains.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all web hosting services. If monthly availability falls below this threshold, you receive account credit: 10% of the invoice for uptime between 99.0% and 99.9%, 25% between 95% and 99%, 50% between 90% and 95% and 100% below 90%. Request the credit via ticket within 14 days.
The servers run CloudLinux with LVE: each account gets the cores, memory, I/O speed and process count from the package table, isolated at kernel level. Another client using a lot cannot take from your resources.

Yes. Upgrades happen anytime from the client account, automatically, with no downtime, paying the pro-rata difference for the remaining period. For a downgrade, contact support.

We monitor usage and let you know if the site approaches its limits. We do not suspend accounts automatically and we do not add extra charges. We discuss it together: optimization or the next package.

Yes. From WP Toolkit you create a test copy of the site, make your changes there and publish when you are happy. Smart Updates tests updates on the copy before applying them.
Yes. Under Romanian OUG 34/2014 (EU consumer law) you have the right to a refund within the first 14 days, without giving a reason. Send a request by email or ticket. Domain registration is not covered by this guarantee.
Yes. All accounts include SSH access on port 2269, plus a terminal in the browser. Connect with ssh -p 2269 user@hosting.roleaf.ro, where user is your cPanel username.
